Assistant Brand Manager

Job Description

  • Marketing Management
    • Support to develop and implement overall brand strategy and execution of assigned brand to deliver market share growth and brand equity improvement. This includes defining the right product portfolio, propositions, concepts, promotion activities and pricing strategies to win with target consumers.
    • Develop and implement right communication strategy, touch points and vehicles to reach target consumers that enables acceleration of trial/repeat/loyalty in the most cost effective way.
    • Ensure best return on investment for all branding activities.
  • Talent Management
    • Develop and implement on-boarding, training, and qualification programs to enable individuals deliver their KPI’s.
    • Strengthen capability and control.
  • Stewardship
    • Full compliance of relevant laws and regulations for all marketing activities.
    • Monitor and keep project budget.

Requirements

  • University or master degree majoring in business/marketing or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate experience in MNCs, FMCG or relevant industries more than 3 years.
  • Ability to lead the project, analysis & problem-solving, strategic thinking, innovative, collaboration and capability building.
  • Being innovative and creative with good collaboration/interpersonal skills to work with multi-functional team.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer and market, and have good ability to turn the consumer insight into the inspirational ideas.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Ability to analyse and predict market trends and performance.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.

Sales Capability Development Manager

Job Description

  • To enhance and develop Trade Operation Team capability to have more effective and efficient sales operation
    • Identify Current Condition of Trade Operation Team and build plan to enhance their capability, related to their Job Success Profile.
    • Build Monthly or Quarterly Training and Development plan (Schedule) for Trade Operation Team.
    • Implement and Execute plan and discuss with Management team regarding the progress.
  • Develop Basic Operational Guideline for Trade Operational Team and distributor to implement daily operation basic
    • To create basic operation SOP as a Main Guideline in Trade Operation.
    • Review and check our Field Implementation quality and build action plan to make number one quality result, and share best practice in field operation.
    • Collaborate with Senior Field Team, to discuss and evaluate current basic operation, in order to build continuous improvement in Trade operation.
  • Guide and improve distributor operation to follow Glico Standards Operation Guideline in their daily operations.
    • Coordinate with Trade Field Executive to develop our Front liner Capability and workflow.
    • Develop Communication board, as a tool to communicate between Salesman to distributor and distributor to Glico Indonesia.
    • Initiate transfer knowledge between distributor, Field Sales and Glico Head Office as a LEAN process. (Kaizen)

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Bachelor Degree S1 (Any Major)
  • Minimum 5 Year experience in FMCG Industry is a mandatory, MNC FMCG is an advantage.
  • Having experience in Sales Operation Development and Field Sales is a Mandatory.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer is an advantage.

Key Account Manager

Job Description

  • Sales Business Plan
    • Create sales forecast & promotion planning with cost ratio by quarter
    • Review sales achievement periodically
    • Review promotion implementation result
    • Market situation analysis for account sales strategy
  • Distribution & Visibility Management
    • Well maintain Glico PLU active nationally specially Java island
    • Well maintain return < 1% nationally
    • Solving problem for any issues related with accounts (Vendor | product NA| incorrect price etc.)
    • Buffer stock monitoring
  • Trading Term Management
    • Well maintain trading term with maximum benefit
    • Monitoring & maintain the budget efficiently and effectively
    • Settle all the issues of trading term claims accordingly
    • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales

Requirements

  • Min Experience 2 years as a Key Account Manager (FMCG more preferable)
  • Fluent in English
  • Have a strong analytical and negotiation skill
  • Have a capability on managerial
  • Good in presentation and appearance
  • Sales achievement goal minded
  • Able to work under pressure and working as a team
  • Excellent on computer operate (windows min)
  • Female/Male

Customer Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

  • Monitoring and evaluation of distributor
    • Stock condition
    • Delivery condition (service level monitoring)
    • Monitoring return condition (Control return from customer to distributor)
    • Analyse delivery data and request improvement if necessary
    • Monitoring storage condition and request improvement if necessary
  • Create Monthly Distribution Report
    • Create evaluation report stock condition, service level, sales amount etc
  • Supervise distributor’s operation on site
    • Check distributor’s operation and request improvement or discuss about operation
  • Create cost down plan for transportation
    • Create transportation plan and discuss with distributor, implement cost down. (eg. Improve delivery frequency, improve delivery rote or transporter)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable University.
  • Demonstrate experience in Supply Chain Management & Logistics.
  • More than 3 years experience for distributor management.
  • Knowledge of good distributor’s operation.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
