Marketing Manager SGM
- Lead and implement short to mid term strategic marketing, brand plans for the products based on consumer market and technical insights, to meet BBU MS established targets. The brand’s strategic marketing brand plan may include these activities, but not limited to: lead brand development and planning; oversee advertising campaigns; monitor sales performance and market research.
- Contribute in the annual SGM brand plan strategies, by assisting in content and material development, so that these plans are consistent with the BBU MS overall mission, vision and objectives.
- Develop strong alliance with the project team and drive product renovation/innovation projects with clear project plans & timelines.
- Define advertising objectives, recommend choice of media and allocate resources so advertising campaigns are effective, economical and appropriate for intended audience.
- Manage and monitor third party agency/project teams, by proactively gather and provide input into regular reviews, to ensure deliverables are meeting set targets, KPIs, timeline and budget.
- Provide feedbacks and insights on market trends to review and adjust marketing strategy and plans that meet the changing markets and competitive conditions.
- Leadership and People Development
- Lead, coach and inspire individuals and cross functional project teams to realise performance improvements and personal growth.
- Review and give constructive feedbacks to further develop the skills and performance of brand marketing team – direct subordinates
Possess strong marketing knowledge in order to be able to develop an in-depth and comprehensive marketing strategy that will support and drive the business strategy success.
• Possess strong understanding of the local and global marketing trends, outlook, challenges in order to be able to penetrate the market.
• Possess strong awareness of financial, commercial, planning and control activities
• Proven success in ATL & BTL development and execution
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills
• Possess strong leadership skills and ability to coach and lead the team

Account Receivable Manager
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounts receivable team,
- Works with any and all personnel to assure timely and accurate invoicing, pricing and collections,
- Perform solvency checks, establish, assess & manage credit limits,
- Managing trade terms claims from customers, Customer payment out & DTO management,
- Delivering GMI & Local AR KPI’s target,
- Managing the monthly AR closing process,
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of reporting & analysis,
- Ensuring proper internal control are in place to safeguard company assets,
- Managing and streamlining collection process,
- Leading monthly Order to Cash Meeting,
- Coordinate and lead key continuous improvement projects across all levels of the organization,

Cycle & Procurement Topline Aqua
- To negotiate with the supplier to align with company direction (i.e. ToP, lead time, saving target, etc.) and put all the negotiated item/term in the contract
- To source potential suppliers of respective category for Water CBU
- To conduct competitive biddings and proper tenders for Top Line area for Water CBU
- To generate productivity & innovation idea to support company objectives
- To manage commercial aspect of buying to protect the business by providing legal contract
- Manage communication with supplier for commercial related issue
- To do supplier mapping and clusterization for Water CBU in order to have the best supplier portfolio in respective category
- Liaise with global cycles and procurement team for global procurement initiatives
- Perform vendor performance evaluation in yearly basis and implement action plan to suppliers.
Policy & Procedure
- To comply with endorsed Cycles & Procurement Policy & Procedure during all procurement activities
- Liaise with supplier development section, align and execute group driven related compliance initiatives (i.e. Sedex, etc.)
- Bachelor or Master is advantage in Economics, Management or Business.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience (includes procurement and marketing, commercial area experience)
- Demonstrate strong track records in conducting sourcing and negotiation with suppliers and managing suppliers.
- Possess a strong communication skill both verbal and written to be able to perform regular communication to the leadership team and the team of staffs.
- Possess a strong interpersonal skill to be able to interact with multiple and different stakeholders.
- Possess a strong ability to work competently and independently as a team.
