Working Capital Specialist – R-34314
Description & Requirements
- Responsible for closing the Accounts Receivable (aging and position)- insurance receivable- provisions for bad debt receivables (liaise with commercial team)- including reconciliation for receivables ledger and sub-ledger
- Perform analysis on Operating Cash Flow and Net Income to obtain visibility of occurred transactions and provide insights whenever possible
- Provide the deep dive analysis and exercise on Working Capital to help Business Partners (S&OP- Procurement- Sales Finance- and Supply Chain Finance) to make decision- with examples as following:
- How much materials to be purchased or product to be made- to maintain healthy stock of goods?
- How many months of purchase that our prepayment can cover?
- How much dividend to be paid based on current year performance?
- Prepare detailed reports to support analysis as below:
- Updating receivables forecast and actual based on information from commercial team (sales and collection)
- Prepare and ensure inventory (balance) movement is reasonable to be used for reports; with detailed analysis on the cause of the movement by category- which are driven by sales/production/purchase
- Update financial figures number in MPR and MFR and make sure all the actual financial figures is tied up to management report from Controlling Department
- Collect- provide- and reconcile data for monthly report (Performance Deck and Forecast) as well as weekly report to management
- Assist in preparation and data collection for forecast cycle (monthly)- actual performance- and AOP (annually)
- Prepare weekly analysis on Receivables to provide information for Head of Treasury in order to obtain better understanding in ongoing collection
- Prepare monthly report to BOD and Sales Leaders in regards of outstanding Receivables
- Perform analysis on Forecast and Actual Working Capital Performance and prepare the materials to be presented to International HQ and ASIA
- Financial Reporting
- Assist with preparation of forecast cycle (monthly)- 2H target (mid-year) and AOP (annually) for working capital- below EBITDA items- and OFCF
- Preparation and data gathering for routine report preparation- including but not limited to: (1) working capital closing report; (2) Accounts receivable aging position; (3) MPR; (4) MFR

Description & Requirements
- Provide visibility and track performance of SEA financial results by:
- Preparing monthly results and forecast to support BBP manager/ head of BBP with accurate data and with tight deadlines
- Schedule deliverables from other departments to make sure Financial Planning team has all information needed to consolidate and report results to leadership
- Support BBP initiatives in establishing efficient Financial processes (budgeting- forecasts- results) and implementing supporting tools
- Point of contact between SEA- Individual business units (Indonesia- ASEAN- PNG) and Zone Headquarter – share all deliverables on time and with accurate data
