Crusher Electrical Foreman
Job Description
- Maintenance Planning Crusher by making a maintenance schedule for the crusher so that crusher maintenance can be carried out properly and prepare replacement spare parts for the components to be replaced
- Understand Crusher Maintenance, perform routine maintenance so as to prevent unschdule breakdown
- Ensuring the availability of sufficient and efficient electricity in operating crusher equipment, other supporting equipment on shifts that are his responsibility so that the entire plant can operate optimally and generator fuel consumption remains under control.
- Ensure that all operational activities in the crusher area on shifts for which they are responsible run in accordance with the K3LH (SMKP) regulations applicable in the company to avoid losses to the company and employees due to accidents.
- Evaluate and prepare standard procedures and standards related to crusher operational activities, so that all activities can run effectively, efficiently and under control.
Requirements
- D3 or S1 in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
- Min 2 years of working experience as Crusher Plant Staff in similar industry
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan

Environmental Superintendent
Job Description
- Ensuring the company complies with government regulations related to the environment
- Conduct periodic audits and ensure that the deviations of audit findings are followed properly and correctly.
- Ensure that Liquid & B3 Waste Management is carried out in accordance with the regulations set by the government and ensure that reclamation management is carried out in a planned manner and complies with government regulations
- Compile and make reports related to the environment so that it can be used as material for corporate accountability to the government and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and facilitate preventive and corrective efforts carried out by departments and company partners related to environmental management as well as matters related to HSE issues in the company’s operational areas in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor all mining service companies (partners) that work in the company’s operational areas in accordance with and meet the company’s Environment standards and other standards that have been adopted by the company, such as HSE Management, SMKP and Mining Operational Safety
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering, K3, or Environmental Engineering
- Min 5 years of working experience in Management System in the field of HSE
- Preferably have an experience from mining industry
- Willing to be placed at Lahat, Sumatera Selatan

Emergency Response Supervisor
Job Description
- Perform analysis for the purpose of identifying potential hazards working with a risk matrix scale mapping process to ensure that the level of work accident risk is minimized.
- Conduct periodic emergency drills in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Conduct emergency response preparedness training according to procedures.
- Maintain, manage and maintain emergency response equipment and make reports on equipment readiness and drill activities.
- Implement and support the implementation of the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) in the Company.
- Implement OHS policies and programs to ensure that all activities under it are in accordance with procedures.
- Develop and socialize the Emergency Response Plan system for the Balangan Coal site to all employees, both internal and contractors in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Ensuring the implementation of the Emergency Response Plan program at the Balangan Coal Site is running either by the contractor or internally according to the applicable procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma 3 / Bachelor Degree from Occupational Health (k3) / Environmental Enginnering / Mining Engineering
- Min. 3 years of working experience in the field of Emergency Response Team Coordinator
- Have a SAR (Search & Rescue) training certificate
- Have a POP certificate (First Operational Supervisor)
- Havie an AK3 General certificate is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Have high work motivation both individually and as part of a team
- Responsible, independent and trustworthy
- Willing to be placed at Balangan site (South Kalimantan)
