Dekoruma Designer Program
Job Description
- Dekoruma Designer Program (DDP) is an opportunity for entry-level interior designers who want to start out their career in home and living industry. Not only you will get to learn in handling your own residential projects—from initial meeting with clients to project deal—but also you will have to collaborate with our diverse team. You will get to work on your own projects and also learning on how to become more than just an interior designer.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from reputable university
- Max. two-year work experiences in handling residential interior projects
- Fresh graduates with proven internship experience or who have convincing residential interior design portfolio are encouraged to apply
- Proficient using Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and MS Office (Powerpoint)
- Willing to learn new things and adapt with fast-paced, fast changes working environment
- Permanent resident in Jakarta, Depok, Bekasi, and Tangerang
- Collaborative, persuasive, and resilient.

Job Description
- Sales
- Excellent customer service to sell product and service
- Promote and offer the marketing promo
- Handling customer complaints
- Operate cash registers and close daily revenue
- Operations
- Manage good display based on standard visual merchandise
- Stock inventory counting in monthly bases
- Delivery process from receiving – counting – stockback – display
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store
- Take and record orders through a computer system in person or over the phone/e-mail
Requirements
- Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role
- Experience in handling cash register
- Willing to be relocated in all Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang area.
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach

Senior Graphic Designer
Job Description
- Lead and work closely with management to develop and implement Dekoruma’s brand strategy.
- Be the keeper of the brand look and feel and ensure all creative broadcast across all channels lives up to the highest quality of our company brands’ visual standards.
- Design a wide variety of marketing assets including brand identity manuals, user interface, websites, advertising, emails, presentations, print collateral and others.
- Review and improve art assets for all creative to maintain a high standard of aesthetic quality.
- Successfully produce and manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Creative Multimedia/Advertising or any related field.
- Minimum 3-year experience in the related field.
- Have strong overall knowledge in graphic design, UI, photography, typography and layout.
- Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, story-telling process ability and drawing skills.
- Ability to effectively present ideas – both verbally and visually.
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a hyper attention to detail.
- A dynamic and agile approach to the rapidly changing demands of a growing company.
- Ability to motivate and develop the team to deliver to the highest standards.
- Highly organized and detail orientated with an ability to delegate, influence and priorities.
