DevOps Engineer

Job Desc

  • Help build infrastructure and deployment automation tools, to better automate with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) process and help spread DevOps practices to all engineering team. 
  • Create and maintain the end-to-end automated application delivery across DevOps tool chains and cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into production.
  • Provide support to development teams that use the automated infrastructure.
  • Provide an extremely reliable environment that is fully automated and free from obstacles.

Technical Req

  • Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration
  • Experience with automation/configuration management using either Puppet, Chef or an equivalent
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS is required)
  • Strong experience with SQL and MySQL (NoSQL experience is a plus, too, since we also use Redis)
  • A working understanding of code and script (PHP, Python, Perl and/or Ruby)
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service

The day-to-day activities
To Achieve digital goods revenue Sales target through B2B partner.

Main activity should be done

  • Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
  • Search for new client leads.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

Associate, Accounting

Day to day activities

  • Maintain and reconcile monthly accruals
  • Ensure proper cut off, timely balance sheet item reconciliation
  • Conduct bank reconciliation activities
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
  • Review GL transactions for proper posting of transactions
  • Preparation of financial analysis

The must haves 

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting Major from reputable university with GPA > 3.0
  • Open for fresh graduate or at least 1 year working experience as GL accountant .
  • Good knowledge about accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive and able to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
  • Attention to details and figures.
  • Willing to be placed in different locations in Jabodetabek areas.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Get to know the Role

As the Account Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Indonesia Business Development Manager and your team will be maintaining and growing the partnerships with companies large and small to enable our service across Indonesia.

The day-to-day activities (non-exhaustive)

  • Serve as a key member of the GrabWheels Business Development Team to maintain, nurture, and grow strategic partner accounts
  • Be the first contact point for strategic partners in the events of dissatisfactions, aftersale requests, and partner with Operations and Marketing team to deliver customized solutions that will enable growth of GrabWheels footprint with existing partners
  • Analyse data to identify trends to enhance our partner support processes and improve team efficiency
  • Lead strategic conversations with strategic partner’s Senior leadership team (Director to C-Level) and communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client portfolio, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
  • Gather partner feedback to enhance the products and the customer experience
  • Deliver consultative support and up-to-date education on our GrabWheels products to the partners
  • Represent GrabWheels at conferences, events or through webinars

The must haves

  • 4-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Business Development
  • Proven ability to blend business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted, win-win deals
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams that delivers against targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively
  • Advanced and above in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Passion for micro mobility
