Executive Assistant and Interpreter
Job Description
- Assistance and organize the business which Executive in charge
- Draft the report which executive require and submit on time
- Take care the daily management, like the work schedule, meeting arrangement, guest reception, executive working area arrangement
- Translate and interpret company level meeting, external communication, work arrangement for leadership
- Translate and check company level document
- Take care the BOD meeting preparation
Requirements
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
- Experienced in providing administrative support to senior level management
- Extremely organized with excellent time management skills
- Active and cooperative
- Fully energetic person
- High standards of accuracy, quality and attention to details
- Have ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willing to work in Cikarang

Tax Manager
Job Description
- Ensure timely compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations related to local tax matters
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate developments related to local tax legislation and legal obligations, including changes in tax practices, policies, procedures, or changes in business operations which may require action to be initiated.
- Control and supervise the preparation, calculation and filing of tax returns for the payment or refund of taxes.
- Comply with Company policies, procedures and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Have more than 5 years Tax & Accounting Manager work experience in OEM and consulting company, big 4 would be better
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws & regulations and accounting standard
- Have comprehensive knowledge on tax & accounting practices and procedures
- Have experience in related party TP process and compliance
- Have experience on the tax & custom audit, know how to deal with the tax or custom issues
- Good communication skills, have good relationship with tax office and custom
- Have tax qualification certificate which required by tax office
- Willing to work in Cikarang
