Factory Costing Specialist
Job Description
- Review and analyze factory variances and provide transparency on variances to management
- Review and analyze actual costs of production
- Provide the insight on how Costs of Production translate to COGS on the profit and loss statement
- Drive and own the strategic planning process for Costs of Production and COGS
- Deliver and develop process and solutions to forecast report
- Analyze and validate material price assumptions from Procurement; provide insight to Factory Leadership Team on financial impact of price movements
- Review and analyze factory key performance indicators including operations performance, financial performance and compliance measures
- Provide benchmarking and cost analysis requests and support the business on SKU optimization reviews.
- Involve on Period End Close (PEC) process; Master Data & factory health checks.
- Ensure timely communication of targeted information to the relevant parties; ensure services provided are in line with agreed expectations
- Deliver and provide costing knowledge to Business Units and Factory Leadership Team
Requirements
- Have minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Having at least 3-5 years’ experience as Costing Analyst
- Having several experiences in Business Excellent, Decision Support, Supply Chain and Audit would be an advantage
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong understanding about Accounting Standard, Manufacturing Costing and other reporting guidelines
- Solid Knowledge of business principles and best practices to ensure sustainability of business and drive continuous performance improvement
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel

Electrical and Automation Engineer
Job Description
- Maintain and develop the key E&A core competencies by coaching technician in the factory and facilitating professional exchange at factory level, ensure the development of E&A technician, review career and succession planning as well as the alignment of engineering resources with factory objectives
- Participate in Capital Investments projects in the factory and ensuring the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and deliver with the expected quality, on time and within budget.
- Responsible in the preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users, follow up the solution development, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crew. Must fully understand the technical details of the instrument standard and E&A solutions in all projects
- Ensure that all installations comply with the market and corporate safety health and environment, product safety and product quality standards.
- Ensure the instrument calibration plan and E&A documentation is up to date and in place.
- Play a key role in the continuous improvement in factory through mastering the process and product characteristics, have a deep insight of the process, and continuously strive for the improvement of Quality and SHE.
- Ensure process & equipment safety for people, products and environment and that one exhibits an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situation.
- Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at site level and in the M&I activities in factory
- Execute standard solution for E&A / instrument in the factory in alignment with corporate standards and best engineering practices
Requirements
- Have minimum bachelor’s degree in any Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical power and distribution, automation and/or instrument engineer
- Familiar with preparation of investment budgets and acquisition of technical equipment for production and Industrial Services
- Familiar with preparation in the startup of technical equipment and production line
- Good understanding and executing the preventive maintenance planning
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be place in Karawang Factory

Industrial Services Engineer
Job Description
- To manage the personnel, operation and industrial services plant and infrastructure are competent
- To carry out competency assessment and competency building plan for the team are in place, routinely reviewed and executed
- Provide support on execution of Capital Investments projects in the factory and ensuring the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and deliver with the expected quality, on time and within budget
- Responsible in the preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users, follow up the solution development, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crew
- Plan, perform and manage designs, modification and improvements to industrial service plant, equipment and infrastructure
- To support the implementation of continuous improvement in Industrial Services,relevance with energy/ water consumption in the plant through mastering the process and products characteristic
- Ensure high efficiency, quality and compliance
- Assist in the budgeting and cost monitoring of industrial services
- Identify and drive energy and water saving opportunities
- Ensure quality and environmental both internal and external compliance requirements for Industrial Services through management and monitoring process and routines
- Ensures process and personnel safety with regard to Industrial Services plant and equipment from design and installation through to routine and periodic safety inspection and audits
- Execute standard solution for Industrial Services in the factory are align with corporate standards and best engineering practices
Requirements
- Have minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
- Familiar with preparation of investment budgets and acquisition of technical equipment for production and Industrial Services
- Having experience in the development of engineering projects
- Familiar with preparation in the startup of technical equipment and production line
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be place in Karawang Factory
