Job Description
- FASTREX is an exciting opportunity for you to develop leadership skill in your area of focus in a warehouse and distribution management environment. The main objective of this program is to provide management trainees with a broad exposure through a rotational program, building skills to allow advancement within the company.
- Job rotation to various department or project at DHL Supply Chain Indonesia covering Business Development, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Warehouse and Distribution Operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field, graduated within 2019-2020 or maximum of 23 years old
- Minimum GPA is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Strong leadership, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong sense of creative, innovative, and able to think out of the box
- Fast learner, resilience, fighter with ‘can do attitude’
- Willing to join and follow through the program as a whole and placed in all operation areas of DHL Supply Chain Indonesia
