Job Description
- Supporting GSG Team during self Assesment period
- Supporting in the documents fulfillment process for ISO 37001 certification
- Maintaining all documents for archiving purpose
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management or Administration with minimum GPA 3,00 from reputable university
- No work experience required
- Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential infomation
- Ahigh Degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Attention to detail accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic Computer skill
- Fluent in English, both oral and written

Organizational Development Intership
Job Description
- Manage the effectiviness of organization structure & job descriptions
- Review performing manpower calculation and set ratios to justify the manpower requirements
- Develop & Implement company wide OD & talent programs to support workforce & Business goals
- Operate Talent Mapping in support of career and succession Palnning program
- Perform job evaluation, identify anf provide job competencies and grading structure
- Manage the performance appraisal, performance review process and appropriate feedback
- Involve process mapping to assess and imporve process effectivenes
- Design and develop of policies, procedure and work instruction to all units
- Evaluate Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes
Requirements
- Male and Single
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Psykology or Human Resource Management with GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- No work experience required
- Ahigh Degree of multi-tasking
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Attention to detail accuracy
- Excellent in Microsoft Office and basic Computer skill
