Global Customer Support
Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Communicating with customers through various channels using Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements
- Minimum D1/D2/D3 or equivalent (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)
- Experience working with customer support preferred
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ablitiy to analyze and solve customer needs
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Comfortable using computers
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Product Development Staff
Job Description
- Develop product design concepts and specifications from requirements
- Gather the materials or resources needed to design the product
- Determine product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses
- Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development
- Oversee the manufacturing and production process to set standards
- Troubleshoot any design problems that may arise during the design process needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Material Science/ Metallurgical/ Shipbuilding/ Aerospace Engineering or Product Design
- Working experience as a product developer or in a related field is a plus
- Be comfortable using 3D design software or computer aided design (CAD) programs (e.g. Solidworks, Autodesk, Inventor, etc.) to create product concepts
- Work well within a team
- Creative and innovative thinking skills
- Problem solving skills
- Passionate in bicycle/other sports is preferred

Job Description
- Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards
- Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs
- Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
- Create an effective an efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Metallurgical Engineering
- Experience in quality control or quality assurance is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Quality control manufacturing certification
