Head of Water Treatment Plant
Job Description
To control and coordinate the activities of production Water Treatment Plant to ensure compliance with Standard Operational Procedure and establish cooperation with stakeholders in order to support the company operational activities.
- To ensure the result of jar test are used as a reference for production, in order to control the effectiveness of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in accordance with production standards.
- To prepare operational and maintenance of tools/asset budget to ensure all costs are well planned and efficient.
- To ensure the sufficiency of water discharge for production so that the production capacity can be achieved in accordance with predetermined target.
- To make efficient budget planning for production and maintenance of tools in order to support the company operational activities.
- To prepare reports related to overall production of WTP to ensure that all activities are well documented.
- To control and ensure that production support tools are used and maintain properly, so that not to interfere with the company operational activities.
- To establish good cooperation and communication with stakeholders (PDAM and PJT I) in the framework of coordination related to water discharge, raw quality of water, and bulk water.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree of Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as Head of Water Treatment Plant or Plant Manager of Water Treatment
- Has experience in water treatment plan management, maintenance management, chemical management, and writing & reporting
- Good communication and leadership skill
- Willing to be placed in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan

Maintenance I&C Engineer
Job Description
Conduct the I&C maintenance activities, testing and equipment inspection in routine basis to ensure the power plant is operated smoothly and safely
- Ensure the equipment to inspect and test, the work equipment are well functioned and can be used to get the optimum working result.
- Ensure the I &C Maintenance plan, budget, SOP, MI and potential risk are well understanded for technician to minimize the danger potential and the damage/ loss.
- Conduct and report the preventive maintenance work in timely manner to ensure the continuity of Power Plant operation.
- Coordinate the Technician on daily maintenance activities to ensure the activities is according to maintenance plan and applicable standard.
- Conduct the Logic upload and modification on Display Control System and instrument & control equipment in accordance with equipment standard and Power Plant need to ensure the accuracy of Power plant operation.
Job Description
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in coal fired power plant or other similar industry
- Good communication skill
- Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operations and maintenance will be advantage
- Having coal fired power plant technical competency certifications are preferable
- Good command in English both verbal and written are preferable
- Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan

Maintenance I&C Technician
Job Description
Conduct the I&C maintenance on the equipment of the power plant based on working procedures that has been defined to keep the equipment performance in safely manners.
- Repair malfunction equipment and maintenance work each sector, Daily, weekly, monthly checking and reporting in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure and Manual Instruction to ensure the contiuity of Power Plant Operation.
- Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on I&C equipment in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure and Working Instruction in order to ensure the Power Plant equipment is reliable, environmental friendly and safety for human.
- Ensure the tools that had used for work is ready for use and safe and return the tools box in clean condition to keep the equipment always ready for use.
- Conduct quality control activities on maintenance work in order to maximize the work results and minimize rework.
- Conduct the troubleshooting of the equipment to find out the root cause of the trouble in order to find an appropriate repair and avoid rework.

Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities, such as roads, landscaping, water and sewage systems, and waste disposal units. And others miscellaneous Civil works.
- Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations of any improvement and establish reference points, grades, and elevations.
- Develop design solutions using analytical techniques.

Assistant Operation Shift Leader
Job Description
Responsible to control, monitoring and operate the power plant operational (Boiler, Turbine, BOP, and auxiliary plant) in order to reach the target and run smoothly and safe.
- Control and monitor the Unit Controller in power plant operational (boiler, turbine, BOP, and auxiliary power plant) by Display Control System based on approved applicable procedures in order to achieve the production target following occupational health and safety principles.
- Provide the directions of monitoring and technical actions related to operational machine for Unit Controller and Field Operator based on Display Control System observation result to monitor panel as well as analyze the abnomality to get the decision which willl be do and also coordinate with Shift Supervisor to have follow up action in timely manner.
- Monitor and coordinate all the activities which required for Start-Up and Shut Down of the Power Plant equipment to support the continuity of Power Plant operations.
- Identify the dangerous potential during operational Power Plant process and conduct the action based on applicable procedures as well as report the abnormality in the report to be evaluated and followed up accurately and timely manner.
- Respond and control the emergency situation such as black out, emergency response such as fire and oil leaks to ensure the safety of workers, plant and environment.
- Report the condition, disturbance findings, and latest update about power plant operations to Unit Controller that In Charge in next shift in the defined Operator Daily Report Shift / Daily logsheets for continuity Power Plant operations.
- Maintain plant cleanliness and safety in accordance with company standards by applying the mind set 5R as a reference to change the systematic behavior and support the smooth operation of the Power Plant
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to follow up the findings of the maintenance needs to support the smooth operation of the power plant
- Communicate with AP2B regarding current conditions and abnormal equipment to maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in related position from Power Plant or Manufacturing
