HR Operation & Industrial Relationship (Kode Lowongan: HROPS)
Job Description
- Experienced to calculating employee overtime pay according to an overtime warrant
- Experienced to create and analyze data for monthly/ quarterly/ sustainability/ annual report
- Experienced to maintain and organize employee discipline likes time off, employee records, attendance, overtime
- Experienced to managing annual leave, permit, warning letter, SK, mutation, rotation, detachment, promotion and employee archives
- Expereinced to making contractual employees (PKWT-PKWTT), MoU, LoA and professional employee agreement
- Experienced to handling indsutrial relations disputes (PPHI) between employees (Labor Union) and company
- Experienced to maintaining good industrial relations with external parties and internal (employee) parties
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Law/ management/ Business Administration
- At least 1-2 year9s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta
- Can be join immediately
