Indirect Channel Account Manager B2C

Job Description

  • Agree, monitor and achieve sales targets for both new and existing customers (Volume, Revenue, C3, Credit). Motivate the distributors team to exceed the target
  • Jointly with RTM, Marketing and Technical Team to continuously improve business performance of distributors, Strategy, CVPs, Price Management and Customer Offer book and take appropriate action to improve performance
  • Execute Local Distributor Actions based on agreed Business Plan
  • Effectively implement Sales 1st, Price Management, S&OP/Forecasting and Customer Standard Offerbook
  • Ensure Distributor team properly Developed via implementations of LubeCoach Program
  • Monitor and achieve Distributor sales productivity performance indicators via D-SPANCOP/OWL: Pipeline Strength, Target Delivered, Hit Rate, Cycle Time, Customer Churn
  • Implementation of DVP to get Distributors full alignment including Rollout of DMM program

Requirements

  • Skillpool: B2B Lubes
  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree
  • Professional Qualification: Sales and Marketing
  • Year of Working Experience (min): >2 years as a Manager
  • Technical/Certification: Technical background would be an advantage
  • Relevant industry experience: Oil & Gas, FMCG
  • Mobility: 70%
