Internal Audit Department Head
Job Description
- Develop a strategy from the internal audit function in accordance with the company’s needs in order to give the best contribution to the company, as well as manage the overall internal audit activity to ensure that the internal audit function is carried out in accordance with the procedures established by the Adaro group’s internal audit function and adhere to the Internal Audit Charter.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Industrial Engineering/ Mining Engineering/ Geology/ Information Technology
- Min 8 years of working experience as Internal Audit / from Accounting Firm
- Preferably those who have experience in auditing Mining
- Advance exposure and knowledge in Strategic Management, GRC Concepts, Knowledge of IA Methodology & Application, Knowledge of IIA Standards & Code Ethics, and Writing & Reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Work location: DKI Jakarta

Finance & Accounting Department Head
Job Description
- Responsible for the company’s accounting and financial processes including the company’s cash flow, the closing process (month-end/year-end financial closing process)
- Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the company’s accounting and financial processes to ensure operational activities are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Plan and coordinate the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures, as well as control their implementation to ensure all financial processes and transactions run in an orderly and orderly manner, and reduce financial risk
- Prepare the company’s annual budget that applies to the F&A Division, and monitor the realization of the use of the FA Division’s budget for further analysis by the Budgeting & Reporting Department
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent from reputable University
- Having at the minimum 10 years of experience in Finance Accounting field
- 5 Years managerial level
- Experienced in handling financial planning & budgeting, Accounting control, Cash flow management, etc
