Job Description

The intern is responsible to support respective hiring manager or department in daily activities or tactical projects

Requirements

  • Student from reputable university at minimum 6th semester or who has passed the final dissertation exam or waiting for the graduation day or up to one year graduation is accepted
  • GPA minimal 3.00
  • Willing to commit the internship program as per agreed time
  • Willing to work from Monday – Friday (8.15 – 17.15), permission for campus-related will be considered
  • Have strong drive to achieve and have passion to learn

Pru Shalira – Senior Manager

Job Description

  • Sharia Business Strategy Management
    • Support the strategic agenda and priorities for the business through the management of an annual planning cycle
    • Support the identification and build consensus around business objectives and priorities
    • Support feasibility of the plan, and its consistency with management objectives
    • Support stakeholder’s alignment with stated management objectives
  • Sharia Ecosystem
    • Support in managing & reviewing the delivering the Sharia Ecosystem project
  • Sharia Spin off and Future Strategy
    • Support in managing and developing Sharia spin-off plan and execution
    • Support to develop, implement and update new/ existing framework/ infrastructure necessary to facilitate the implementation and achievement of the strategic objectives of the new Sharia company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar Degree qualified (S1,S2) with strong commitment towards obtaining a relevant professional qualification i.e CPA, CFA, Fellow Actuarial
  • Minimum 8 yeasrs relevant experience in strategic planning, product management, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business development, analytical research, leadership, and strategic planning & project management
  • Has strong business acumen
  • Detail-oriented with strong financial analytics (including monitoring, analysis and reporting performance) and comfortable handling large volumes of data
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritise to deliver on time
  • Proficient in the use of excel, MS Word, Power Pint, use of statistical tools an advantage
  • Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills

MIS Data Analytics & Reporting – Manager

Job Description

  • Understand business knowledge related to KPI required by business
  • Create algorithm based on KPI required by business (near real time) and give easier access to user
  • Create dashboard based on KPI required by business
  • Provide documentation to knowledge and audit propose
  • Support problem related to database and visualization tools
  • Manage data product lifecycle (manage data product) in agile way

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in data management/ MIS
  • Experienced in SQL Server/ MS-Access/ Oracle/ DB2/ Data Warehouse
  • Experienced in PowerBI/ Qlik/ Posgre/ NoSQL
  • Knowledge of relational database, dashboard design, SQL syntax, ETL
  • Knowldege in Java, Json or others language, Kafka, data ingestion, couchbase is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Strong in database, SQL, NoSQL and data visualization
  • Fast learner to adopt new technology
  • Has a good communication, interpersonal skills able to track project assigned
  • Hard working and willing to wok in challenging environments

Customer Centricity& Communications (Assistant Manager)

Job Description

  • Driving the Customer Centric culture in the company
    • Conveying messages through communications and activations
    • With PRU university, selecting and rolling out trainings and sharing sessions
    • With customer Centricity working committee, ensuring implementation and staff engagements
    • Setting guidelines for customer centricity (persona and narrative)
  • Managing Customer Communications
    • To develop regular communications to customers, such as PRUsatelite, regular e-flyers
    • To develop project, new product and service communications, including persistency program/ project
    • To work with Corporate Communications team on crisis communication
  • Managing Customer Communication Channels
    • To ensure robust communication channels
    • Monitoring and reporting of channels usage
    • Managing communication flows to customers
  • Editing, writing and copywriting
    • Ensuring that all customers communications are free of errors in grammar, translations, punctuation, spelling and aligned
    • The team should communicate the intended messages clearly, concsely, and accurately for the good of the company image
    • Provide supervision in providing conceptual and creative content for all customer communications inccluding proof reading and editing of related collaterals
  • Delivering all customer communication materials in a timely manner, according to set deadlines and stndard of quality
    • Ensuring that all communications are being distributed timely, cearly and completely to related internal parties
    • Making sure that a systematic filling system for all customer communiations are maintained
    • Responsible for planning and implementation of customer communications expenditures within the whole customer & marketing budget
    • Ensuring that all editorial policies and standards are according to company compliance
    • Vendor management
    • Risk management in function by self
    • Adherence/ no breach to compliance, audit
    • Handling and monitoring administrative processess taking place in each Custome Communications activity

Requirements

  • University degree in Communications or other related disciplines
  • 3 years experience in communications and other related disciplines
  • Demonstrate experience in conceptualizing, writing and editing-
