IT Support Engineer
Job Description
- Providing direct support to HAS-IDN & Group companies in the areas of IT infrastructure computing installations including hardware, software and systems
- Manages the daily activities of network, systems, performs diagnostics, support preventive maintenance ensuring networks and systems are operational
- Responsible for installation, administration and testing of network and system servers, operating system software, hubs, routers, switches, cabling and other related network components/equipment for HAS & HAS group companies
- Administers systems and servers related to LAN and WAN (e.g email systems, accounts, IP assignments, security, antivirus, spyware etc) for the purpose of ensuring availability of services
- Maintains network operations and software application, operating systems, server backup, routine maintenance for the purpose of ensuring efficient operations
- Manages servers and network resources including network applications for the purpose of delivering services in compliance with guidelines and policies
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/team lead
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in the field of Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in IT network administration and support
- Knowledge of network architectures and principles of local and wide area enterprise network design and integration, including topologies and protocols
- Hands-on experience with site-to-site VPN connections and Cisco routers and switches
- Familiar with Windows Active Directory and Exchange servers
- Able to speak English (mandatory)
- Able to work individually or as a part of a team, communicative and proactive

Sales (Elevator/ Escalator)
Job Description
- Responsible for sales, marketing and project development of elevator business to meet the annual order booking targets set forth by the management
- Explore & follow-up customers and perform regular customer visits and reporting
- Manage overall sales activities including contract negotiation, internal order processing, create PO, logistics and procurement
- Manage local sales channels and follow up with the agents on project status and securing progress
- Responsible for tender related management, including tender document preparation, quotation, and submission
- Establish good connections with key accounts (private developers, government, consultants, architects, quantity surveyors and project managers)
- Prepare monthly report pertaining to each project and customer database
- Business trip to China, Singapore or Japan is required (once or twice every half year)
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/Associate Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent;\n\n
- Understand AUTO CAD
- Good in math
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience as sales in international brand elevator companies
- Having experience from other business field which linked to elevator/escalator field is also encourage to apply
- Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with good command in written and spoken English (Good command of written and spoken Mandarin as an advantage)
- Willing to travel for domestic & overseas assignments;\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and in a team

F&A Manager
Job Description
- In charge in reporting of Financial & Taxation Report in timely manner
- Support Business unit in relation with F&A Role
- Maintain a good communication with business unit
- Responsible for:
- Financial & Tax report (liase with business unit/dept)
- Clean up BS and reconcile of all BS account
- Check & verify day to day transactions (related compliance, PSAK/IFRS, and Tax Regulation — International Tax, TP Documentation)
- CITR and other tax reporting
- Liase with external/internal auditor and tax consultant in daily operation
- Keep tax regulation updated, including international taxation
- Keep updated in accounting rule, PSAK and IFRS
- Maintain good communicatio
- Responsible for all other thing related to F&A role and responsibility
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Tax / Public Accountant
- Min. 5 years working experience as F&A Manager
- Has Brevet AB & C certification
- Having experience as accountant public would be preferable
- Familiar with SAP
- Willing to travel for domestic & overseas assignments
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and in a team
