Legal Staff
Job Description
- Able to draft and review contract such as sale and purchase contract, non-disclosure, memorandum of understanding, as well as other types of contracts and documents to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia, both in English and in Bahasa Indonesia, in relation to the company’s business and operation
- To prepare corporate documentations and other documents required for the company to operate its business in accordance with the prevailing regulations and company’s articles of association
- Conduct legal research and provide opinion to support company’s business divisions in conducting the business activities to make sure the business activities always comply with the laws
- Maintain company’s license and permit including report to authorities (non-logistic report) as the license and permit are important for continuity of business activities
- Maintain good communication with business divisions in the company both in English and Bahasa
Requirements
- Law graduated from reputable university
- Minimum experience at least 3 years working as corporate legal or minimum 3 years in law firm
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts; corporate documentation, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in handling license and permit
- Have Peradi license or qualified as Indonesian lawyer is preferable
- Have good interpersonal and communication skill (both in English and in Bahasa Indonesia)
