Maintenance I&C Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise the Power Plant Maintenance on I&C equipment in accordance with company plan to support the achievement of company target with the implementation of working procedure.
- Make plan for manpower, material, spare part, and time schedule of daily routine and weekly maintenance activities to support the continuity of Power Plant Operation.
- Coordinate maintenance Department in accordance with I&C scope to ensure the maintenance target are achieved
- Review procedures and work instructions, work plans, obstacles and other potential hazards that found when work is done to improve the quality of work that is done to improve the quality of work that is effective, efficient and safe
- Review and provide recommendations on material and spare parts requirements to improve the performance / reliability / accuracy of instrument and control equipment
- Analyze, coordinate and report the troubleshooting for complex problems of instrument and control equipment, so that problem solving is carried out precisely and quickly.
- Complete the instrument and control system maintenance data on the Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to make an integrated maintenance of instrument and control activities
- Conduct the toolbox meeting with the technician for review maintenance activities, pending jobs, safety issues, material use, tools and spare part is done in timely manner
- Ensure the I&C Maintenance plan, budget, SOP, MI and HIRA are well understand by Technician to minimize the potential danger and the damage/loss
- Conduct inspection, monitoring and revalidation for Permit-To-Work on I&C maintenance activities to ensure all required working documents and action is done in accordance with applicable company procedure.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 (five) years of experience as I&C Maintenance Supervisor position in power plant industry
- Good Communication and Leadership Skill
- Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operation & maintenance will be advantage.
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be based in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan

Finance Accounting & Tax Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible to ensure all finance, accounting & tax activities are done in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures within the company.
- To check and ensure the supporting documents for all financial transactions and financial reports are valid and accurate.
- Check tax administration reports and to report the company’s tax obligations to ensure it is done in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
- To ensure all invoice calculations that have been received are accurate to ensure that there are no deviations between the calculations and the invoices.
- Check cash flow documents to ensure its compliance with the company’s systems, procedures, and budget plans as well as to perform corrective actions in order to control the company’s cash flow.
- Ensure all of the company’s financial obligations are paid on time and to ensure that the company’s financial data are provided accurately in order to control the company’s cash flow.
- Ensure the availability of petty cash to support the company’s operational activities.
- To check the vendor’s tax and compliance documentation, ensuring its accuracy in accordance with the company’s policy.
- To check all supporting data for fixed assets, A/P, A/R, Stock, Loan in order to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Regularly update PSAK, IFRS and other tax regulations and to ensure the company implements these regulations in all of its transactional documentation
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in a similar position
- Required Competencies: Accounting Control, Account Payable Management, Tax Regulation, Financial Analysis
- Good communication skils
- Good command in English both oral and written

Job Description
Responsible to conduct the maintenance on the equipment of the power plant based on working procedures that has been defined to keep the equipment performance in safely manners.

Requirements

OHS Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for implementation occupational health and safety program to ensure plant operation & maintenance runs safely according to policy, procedure and objective target and QHSE Program.
- Ensure plant operations & maintenance activity runs safely according with K3 Policy , Procedure and objecttive target and HSE program.
- Enable to conduct potensial harzard inspections to make sure plant work place are safe according with QHSE Standart.
- Ensure emergency response activities run according with emergency response plan to ensure ensure emergency response programs are effective and will enhance the safety of working conditions.
- Implement commissioning power plant equipment, heavy equipment, including operational vehicles to ensure the safety of operational activities.
- Establish occupational health & safety training for employee to ensure employee awarness regarding activity hazard is refreash and increased.
- Implement safety inspection program to ensure all equipment and working area are in well condition according with Occupational Health & Safety Standart & procedure.
- Prepare hazard reports to highlight potential dangers in the work area to ensure the necessary steps are taken to mitigate the risks of accidents / incidents.
- Conduct investigations and to update data regarding incidents to provide recommendations for improvements for existing QHSE systems and procedures.
- Implement occupational health & safety documentations and reports to ensure all safety activity and program are well recorded and circulated in timely maner.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate majoring in any discipline.
- Min. 5 years experience in the same position from related industry.
- Good knowledge in Ahli K3 Umum, Emergency Response, Health & Safety Management, Fire Fighting
- Good communication and managerial skills.

Job Description
Monitoring terminal area transshipment operational activities from coal loading and unloading activities to and from the barge to ensure all activities run smoothly, effectively and safely. As well as analyzing and determining improvement steps related to operational activities in the terminal.
Requirements
- Min. Education S1/ANT III (showed by marine certification)
- Having good communication, coordination techniques, and integrity
- Having competencies at operational safety, ISM Code, Port Management, and Maritime Regulation
- Having experience in bulk carrier or transshipment, and ability with computer programe
- Having experience in the field as port captain at least 1 year
