Job Description
- Be part of the team that shapes our Shopee branding and campaigns through robust past campaign analysis, cross-function analysis on campaign efficiency
- Engage brand partners in executing joint business planning by using data, deep category insights and in alignment with business objective
- Drive high-impact and growth projects, in a fast-paced environment in big scale nation-wide campaigns, and major online and offline marketing efforts
- Work on ad-hoc e-commerce marketing projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for branding and market growth
- Coordinate with internal and external resources for the flawless execution of campaigns

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or other related fields
- 3-8 years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, Management Consulting, Tech or FMCG companies
- Experience in project management and data analysis
- Good inference skills to manage stakeholders
- Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analysing complex, large scale data sets

Job Description
- Conduct one-off deep-dive analyses and process ad-hoc data requests for the campaigns marketing function
- Produce actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new marketing strategies

- Take ownership of a cluster of features (e.g games, Livestream), with end-to-end accountability of setting and achieving all the topline plans, goals, KPIs and targets
