Human Capital (People Analytics)
Job Description
- Execute a scalable efficient people analytics strategy that measure people and business priorities and initiatives.
- Facilitate risk-awareness culture for data through efficient and effective risk & compliance management across HR system.
- Actively generate people trends and insight data analysis through standard reporting dashboard.
- Design a standard framework for business process, operationalizing insight in project management, data governance, modelling and hypothesis testing.
- Manage stakeholder relationship to ensure evolving the data and analytic need of various HR Pillars such as SAP Hana.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information System, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human ResourcesMinimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
- Maximum age of 26 years old.
- Experience with analytics related to human resources (ex: workforce, talent, compensation, etc.) preferred.

Human Capital (Data Engineer)
Job Description
- Provide data engineering support for key data analytic project.
- Responsible for ETL (Extract, Transfer, Load) activities by abstracting technical record of network data into ready to use, meaningful and easy to understand.
- Work together with People Analytics to make sure all data solution are consistent.
- Discover and Implement new ways to use ETL/ Open Source Tools to ingest structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure data integrity and quality and execute data smoothing / cleansing when necessary
- Coordinate and manage external parties (vendor) who support to generate analysis and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information System, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics.
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
- Maximum age of 26 years old.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

Job Description
- Support and cultivate corporate documents related to the corporation agreement, deed of companies and licensing.
- Reviewing legal contracts, cooperation agreement, certificates, licensing and other legal documents related to the project company.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law major or equivalent.
- Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Deep knowledge in legal drafting (English & Indonesia), legal permit/license and OSS
- Have a Good Analythical Thinking, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven, Detail oriented.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
