PLDP – Packaging Engineer (Mold Engineer)
Job Description
- Realizing the packaging and mold concept of product innovation start from finding specification and requirements, designing mold and process planning, finding suppliers, to developing together with suppliers
Requirements
- D3, D4, or S1 graduates
- Have 4 – 5 years experiences in mold industry
- Major in Tools Design Technology and Tools Making Engineering
- Familiar with CNC machine and CAM programming
- Preferably have experience with Unigraphic

Production Group Leader
Job Description
- Responsible for controlling production process execution starting to managing production administration until coaching the Line Leader and Production Operator
Requirements
- SMK with minimum of 3 years experience
- D3 with minimum of 1 year experience
- Minimum Mathematic’s score is 70
- Maximum age is 35 years old
- Able to using computer
- Having an experience in managing team of at least 20 team members
- Having a knowledge and experience in safety, quality, and support system activities of Lean Manufacturing (5R, Suggestion system, QCC) in shopfloor

Product Manager
Job Description
- Evaluate new business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of markets, trends, new technology, customer business issues, and the competitive environment
- Define the project strategy & road map
- Lead & own product/project life cycle including strategy, objectives, timelines, cost models, product definition, & project plans
- Collaborate and work closely with a cross functional team internal and external stakeholder (IT, business team, and third party)
Requirements
- Having min. 4 years experience
- Having skill in Design Thinking, Scrum, Project Management.
- Experience in lean, hypothesis driven Experimentation and strong in analytical capability.
- Strong communication skill and experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating with diverse set of people.
- Past experience as Front end and Back Developer will be advantageous

Job Description
- Leverage data and advanced analytic approaches to generate meaningful, actionable insights for the business
- Doing ad-hoc analyses and presenting results in a clear manner to senior leadership
- Support the data & insight strategy for the Paragon, including the transformation of the wider organization into a data driven team
- Proactively identifying enrichment, growth and quality opportunities, unlocking innovation through experimentation
Requirements
- Having min. 3 years experience
- Having skill in:
- Python
- Data exploration & analysis: Pandas; NumPy, SciPy, Python’s Standard Library
- Data visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Datashader, etc
- Machine learning: Scikit-learn for implementing classification, regression, clustering, and dimensionality reduction
