- Facilitates the Line Loss Analysis (SU Current/ Future State)
- Owns the Centreline Management System for the department
- Leads productions process definition to identify Centreline targets and document standards
- Blend with production team, to contribute the production process review and suggest idea of improvement
- Develops control strategies to enable operators to respond to out of control situations
- Owns integrity of Line Event Data Systems (LEDS)
- Analyses line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities
- Leads root cause problem solving efforts on key chronic losses for the line/ department
- Coaches teams on Centreline execution and problem solving skills
- Fresh graduate from Reputable University with IPK > 3 out of 4, or 1-2 years having experience at manufacturing
- Engineering background, preferably from Industrial Engineering
- Having continous improvement mind-set, trained well for PDCA and problem solving
- Ability to lead and mentor others to achieve great results and exceed expectations
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, accurately identify and resolve day to day operating issues, good communications skills

- Minimum Bachelor Degree; candidates with Master Degree can be considered up to 27 y.o
- GPA 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
