Promotion Event Specialist
Responbilities
- Plan, organize and manage events for national wide promotion events. These events include, but are not limited to, promotion event in vivo store all around Indonesia
- Develop planning for event strategies and concept implementation
- Develop the efficient and detailed program timelines to ensure successful program execution; Include manage, lead, and coordinate all promotions team
- Responsible to develop budgeting planning for overall promotion events
- Bring new and fresh concepts forward that align with the value and the objectives of Vivo
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, any major
- Having relevant experiences as event coordinator, Project Coordinator minimum 2 years above (Experiences in telecommunication industry would be an advantages)
- Good knowledge in event coordination and preparation
- Good in communication skills, time and task management skills, and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Preferred characteristics: Flexible, willing to travel, Responsive, Outgoing

Risk Control Specialist
Responbilities
- Internal Control
- Build up and maintain internal control for processes and procedures according to COSO framework, vivo headquarter policies also Indonesian local practice
- Improve IT system and process to control operation risk also improve operation efficiency
- Produce SOPs for daily operation, provide procedure training and consulting
- Operation Analysis and expense control:
- Improve expense regulation and spending process, conduct effective control on following expense: advertising and marketing, business travelling, entertainment, durable goods purchase and etc.
- Produce accurate and timely reports according to vivo headquarter report set, providing in-sight of local operation
- Internal Audit:
- Deliver vivo global audit project in Indonesia, report audit outcomes to the management
- Design local audit projects to report misconducts and provide advice to improve operation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, accounting or other business-related majors is required
- 3-5 years’ experience in accounting firm or in company for financial management, experience in telecommunication or FMCG is an advantage
- Proficient in English (working language), both writing and speaking; IELTS 6.5 or above, Business English Certificate Higher (BEC-Higher) will be an advantage
- Accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIA, CIMA, CPA or IMA) is an advantage
- Overseas study experience in China (e.g. UIBE, XMU, RUC, JNU and etc.) is an advantage
- Self-motivated, adhere to principles and ethics, can work under pressure and work over-time

Tax Specialist
Responbilities
- Ensure all the tax payment process done in timely manner
- Prepare Monthly Tax Recapitulation PPh,VAT and entertaiment list
- Prepare and submit monthly reporting for VAT and PPh
- Verification VAT Input, VAT ouput and submit amount for offsetting in system
- Checking all payment that need to deduct tax or not
- Prepare and finding all documents needed by tax office
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting/Tax
- Brevet License A & B
- Familiar with tax system (e-filling, e-Billing, e-Faktur and SPT)
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks

Training Specialist
Responbilities
- Responsible to design and implement training for sales/promotor, especially training that related to product knowledge or selling technique
- Develop schedule for individual and team training on regular basis
- Responsible to evaluate the training methods by analyzing the training needs
- Responsible to choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars and simulations)
- Responsible to maintain updated curriculum database and training record
- Responsible to create report related to the training results

Requirements

- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle
- Adequate knowledge of learning management
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Strong in public speaking skills, englilsh proficiency is needed
- Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis

User Experience Researcher
Responbilities
- Responsible for market research, user research works of vivo App Store, vivo Browser, vivo Official Site and other related mobile phone Internet products in Indonesia market, providing solutions to product team based on business target and user needs
- Responsible for user research works of the mobile phone operation system, undertaking long term studies of product information structure, process, functionalities, interface layouts, art styles, user interactions and emotional experiences, providing constructive suggestions and improvement plans
- Able to carry out research projects independently, including understanding the research demand, confirming research goal, implementing applicable research methodologies and producing high quality report
Requirements
- Indonesian local, 2-5 years of user research or market research experiences
- Strong qualitative interviews and quantitative data analysis capabilities; familiar with varieties of research methodologies, deep understanding of consumer insight / user experience studies
- Excel in Microsoft Office, SPSS or other statistics analysis software
- Previous working experiences in mobile phone industry, Internet industry is preferred
- Previous working experiences in well-recognized research companies is preferred
- Professional English proficiency, Chinese listening and speaking ability is preferred

Responbilities
- Develop trust relationships with a protofolio of major clients (Erafone & telesindo) to ensure they do not turn to competition.Acquire a thorough understanding of key channel needs and requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between key channel and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
