Purchasing Staff
Job Description
- Process inquiry from user until become PO include negotiation with supplier
- Arrange and monitor delivery schedule both local and import
- Update PR/PO order status list
- Proceed import activities include its monthly report
- Arrange temporary import/ export for repair part (if any)
- Monitor the payment to supplier
- Monitor and renewal the agreement with supplier (if any)
- Conduct supplier performance evaluation
- Other functions as may be required by the company
Requirements
- Have Licensce Ak/I Card from Disnaker
- Male/ Female max. 27 years old
- Good proficiency in English is a must (written & speaking)
- Min. Education is Diploma 1, any major from reputable University. Post Graduate are welcome.
- Minimum GPA 3.00 from 4 scale
- Good in communication & negotiation skills
- Able to work both individual or as a team
- Willing to be interviewed and work in Cilegon – Banten
