Senior Account Executive Specialist – Consumer Sales & Retail Development
Job Description
- Achieving Sales Target: Propose sales target & idea; Monitor Consumer business sales progress, analyze & recommendations
- Shop/Family Channel Development & Management: Provide consultation for shops to support quality improvement; Coordinate store quality audit activities; Develop programs, strategic & improvement plan for new concept; Prospecting new Family Channel to support retail plan, evaluate & terminate.
- Market Intelligence: Collect & analyze information
- Staff Development : Conduct periodic evaluation
Requirements
- Bachelor degree majoring in Management/Economic
- Internal : Minimum 3 years as staff, External : Minimum 3 years in related field
- Good analytical thinking & problem solving skill
- Good decision making skill
- Good leadership skill
- Able to communicate effectively
- Have the ability to speak English both oral and written
- Having computer literacy especially Ms. Excel
- Possess understanding of continuous improvement
- Understand business process in tire manufacturing

Plant Facilities, 3S & Waste Management Staff- GA at Bekasi Plant
Job Description
- Supervise, run, maintain and report on building maintenance activities and other company facilities.
- Supervise, run, maintain and report on 3S activities (cleaning, grass cutting, gardening, etc.).
- Supervise B3 & Non B3 waste management activities (from collection storage to transportation), conduct environmental management, including internal & external communication. Ensure that B3 waste management runs well and is in accordance with applicable regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from any major, preferable from Civil Engineering and Environment Engineering
- Understand about Waste & Environment management, including hazardous & toxic waste (LB3).
- Good Ms. Office proficiency
- Good Autocad proficiency
- Able to make good report
- Personal character: detail oriented, high initiative, proactive, good teamwork and helpful person
- Location Bekasi

Job Description
- Check & review voucher payment, weekly payment, and monthly payment
- Prepare payment voucher for tax payment
- Prepare SPT Tax Art 34 and Art 4(2)
- Prepare online tax report
- Filing management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Tax
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Taxation
- Brevet A-B is preferable
- Familiar with Tax Application (WHT & VAT)
- Familiar with WHT & VAT Reconcilliation
- Familiar with SAP software
- Good english communication skill
- Location Karawang
