Senior Cost Supervisor
Responbilities
- Responsible for daily work of cost business including purchasing cost, manufacturing cost, inventory control and asset management
- Build and update work flow regulation of financial business, recognize and control risk of new business or second issue business. Consistency improve ability of sytem and operation health
- Improve Asset System Management, guarantee asset safety, accurate account and effective IT system function 4.
- Supervise material cost control using proper procurement strategy and also inventory turnover and timely process the inventory
- Provide Support for financial decision to be a good partner by building financial indicator and provide assessment
- Cultivate ability of the team member, create a good team atmosphere and guide the team members’ growth
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Finance Accounting or related major
- Have at least 3 years working experiences in big manufacturing company and have experience in managing a team
- Able to works under pressure strong responsibility, proactive at work and can overtime (if needed)
- Stick to principle, clear logic, well organized, good execution and communication
- Have ability to manage and plan new business and also make consistent progress of the business
- Familiar with material business and procurement business
- Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesia

Product Mechanical Engineer
Responbilities
- Response and analyze production abnormal quickly; take care product in progress, abnormal material, and risk products efficiently; ensure efficient and stable production line for continuous production
- Analyze and give countermeasure to top 3 issue according to the data from abnormal report or system; Continuously improve Appearance Pass Rate/Total Appearance Pass Rate, and Quality Acceptance Pass Rate
- Lead all structural process problem analysis, and find the solving solution. Push the improvement for future projects, and make sure that the same problem does not happen again
- Continue to optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process is more reliable and efficient, to ensure the consistency and manufacturability of the product
- Continuously improve the process and reduce the process loss in the assembly process
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Have a good understanding about mechanical structure, manufacture assembly process, and jig
- Have a basic understanding about various electronic component
- Have a good sense of responsibility, serious work attitude, good communication skill, and teamwork

Responbilities

- Ensure shipment and provide daily logistics report

Requirements

Responbilities
- Coordinate with HQ (Vivo China) for the project
- Looking for and maintain relationship with local vendor of project
- Project Material Control including material selection and material quality control to meet company’s standard
- Follow up, monitor and timely push the vendor to finish the project according the timeline
- Quality control for the project site
- Daily project progress report
- Other administration task
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from Any Major (Civil Engineering/Chinese Literature related major will be a plus)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English are basic mandatory (Written and speaking)
- Fresh Graduate / Experience more than 1 year is advantage
- Able to work over time and work under pressure
- Good communication skill, team player, fast learner
