Job Description
- Corporate Social Responbility
- Proactively build a key stakeholders plan to effectively progress Prudential’s commercial/ business agenda through CSR related institutions & organizations
- Develop CSR as a competitive edge for Prudential in indonesia
- Ensure Prudential Indonesia develops and maintains strong relationships with key goverment/ regulatory and industry audiences in relation with CSR strategy implementations
- Internal communications
- To promote and to empower the PruVolunteers programme
- To manage regular fund raising programmed which include staffs and sales force
- Coordinate with the Senior manager – goverment & Industry Relations
- Financial Literacy and Inclusion
- Plan and manage the implementation of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion activities
- To submit action plans and reports on the realization of activities in orderto improve the Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion
- Provide input to business units develop financial products and/ or services in accordance with the needs and capabilities of consumers and/ or communities that can be obtained based on the results of monitoring and evaluation activities in order to improve Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion
- Ensure Prudential Indonesia develops and maintains strong relationships with key goverment/ regulatory nd Industry audiences in relation with Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusions strategy implementations
Requirements
- University Degree in Communications or other related discipline
- Have minimum 8 years experiences in communications and other related disciplines, preferably with good CSR exposures
- Good command of English and good communications and interpersonal skills

Senior Manager – Project Management Office
Job Decription
- Effectively communicate with users, IT Business Analyst and other stakeholders to achieve user needs and requirements
- Create business specifications
- Understand the business flows
- Apply project best practices
- Perform business improvement processess related projects
- Maintenance of Projects database (weekly status updates)
- Work with business teams to obtain project approval
- Weekly/ bi-weekly progress report to stakeholders of projects
- Post implementation review and report
- Provide guidance to team members for managing projects
- Supervise project team members
- Provide advisory services to support other project that managed under business units
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information technology or equivalent
- Required language(s): english
- At least 11 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (7 years in insurance and 4 years in managing projects)
- Preferably manager/ Assistant manager specialied in IT/ Computer – Network/ System/ database Admin or equivalent
- Strong analytical skill
- Ability to understand the user’s needs and match those needs with the utilization of existing system capability (60% hardskill & 40% softskill)
- Good communication skills in bahasa and english (active and passive)
- Good presentation skills
- Business case development
- Project management skillset
- Business process reengineering skillset (i.e Six Sigma)
- Project management certification is a plus
- Good knowledge of insurance business
