- Maintain HR database including personnel records and managing HR Store documents.
- Being responsible to prepare store payroll & benefit process for permanent and contract employee.

Job Description
- Develop IKEA web presence strategy and ensure content planning, communication, tools and resources on the IKEA website and all digital devices are in place.
- To secure efficient integration and optimization of all IKEA website/digital touchpoint to support commercial calendar activities. Website experience should in line with Global Web Channel standard.

Job Description
- Identify and develop talent within Import department to secure a succession plan that contributes to successful future IKEA growth.
- Play an active role in creating the Retail Logistics action plan and setting goals in Import that deliver on the country business plan and the commercial calendar.
- Be an active partner in the creation, planning and implementation of the country commercial calendar and follow up on market activities to always secure highest possible availability of goods at lowest cost.

- Update Customs and other relevant regulations regularly to ensure smooth operations with minimize impact/penalties.
