Supervisor Retail Engagement (Jember)
Job Description
- Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities
- Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference
- Managing and implementing strong business relationships with all stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 1 year work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
- Proven leadership and organizational savvy
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Capacity to understand the field sales functions (territory management, distributor business process, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)

User Experience Architect
Job Description
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure all designs meet business and user requirements
- Analyze all research and feedback to gain user insight – and incorporate this feedback into recommendations for project teams and new designs
- Develop personas and journey maps.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, concept sketches and user flows.
- Work with project teams to build or enhance user-friendly solutions.
- Attend UX conferences and training events as and when required
- Collaborate with UX vendors to deliver expected project outcomes.
- Present findings and data insights visualization across a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good visual design skills a big plus.
Requirements
- Good understanding and some experience in research methods (Interviews, Usability testing, Card sorting)
- At least 3 year of experience in a professional UX/customer experience related role.
- Good skills in wire-framing and comfortable producing concept sketches and user flows
- A passion for UX and UI
- A portfolio which demonstrates work across a range of projects
- A good working knowledge of research and prototyping tools.

Associate Laboratory Technician
Job Description
- Preferably have experience at the laboratory in the field of tobacco industry or tobacco related industries.
- Understands LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
- Perform the various laboratory activities and ensure the implementation of analytical methods are in line with the good laboratory practices and Daily Management System (DMS) RT

- Conduct trouble shooting for instrument with medium complexity using Initial Problem Solving (IPS) tool
- Conduct the analysis for various proficiency tests/collaborative studies and verify the data ensure the reliability of the data submitted

Requirements

Job Description
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.)
- Prepare data summary of data in comprehensive manner to structure sophisticated reports on budget status/progress
- Track and determine budget status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts, latest trend, to support data driven analysis
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
Requirements
- Finance or Accounting Degree from reputable university
