Supply Operations Team Lead
Job Description
- Leads team to implement the Supply plan, to schedule & execute movements of hydrocarbon and manage cost effectively to meet demand, inventory & service levels. Contributes to maximizing Enterprise Integrated Value through: Optimizing delivery costs & loading / utilization of supply chain resources of Primary Transport and Secondary Transport via Water budget. Minimize demurrage claims by scheduling & by effective communication & interface management Minimize oil transit/ocean losses through analysis, claims and contract management; Incl. Storage Losses performance.
- Key resource to support LSTSR (local senior trading & supply representative) in handling of local Emergency response, business continuity/contingency plan, incident reporting.
- Responsible to scheduling and delivery of the (CSO) compulsory stocks obligations and carry out mandatory bio-blending requirements.
- Assurances: Contract Management: Owns and operates logistics contracts with massive means transporters, 3rd party depots and service providers e.g. inspectors, surveyors contribute to HSSE audits & assures contract compliance in operational matters. Focal Point to ID T&S Supply Operations Assurance Process e.g. LODs, Leader Standard Works, etc.
- Works and liaises with Government bodies to obtain the necessary recommendations & approvals for Customs process. Prepares mandatory reporting to government bodies on product movement.
- Customs Focal Point for T&S Trade controls Indonesia
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years experiences in end to end supply chain in managerial level
- Must have a continuous learning mindset and possess strong teaching skills
- Well organized, independent and proactive
- Able to simplify and implement practical solutions when dealing with global initiatives
- Possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
