Talent Acquisition Associate
Job Description
- Devising and implementing employer branding strategies to optimize a company’s presence and increase employer brand awareness to attract, engage and hire the best candidates
- Screening, filtering and interviewing candidates to assess qualifications and experience as well as to determine job fit and cultural fit with the company
- Managing and organizing new employee training according to business requirement standard
- Identifies and implements innovative talent acquisition methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards an the needs of the organization
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in field of Recruitment, Assessment, and Talent Management
- Minimum bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering
- Passionate in field of Human Capital
- Understand and familiar with Psychological test
- Innovative and Progressive person
