Talent and Performance Management Specialist
Requirements
- Minimum possess Bachelor degree in Management, Psychology or related major
- Have experience in the same field for at least 5 years
- Experienced in KPI and HR development program preparation process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Have good analytical skill, creative and communicative
