Warehouse Coordinator

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Input dan proses inbound/outbound pada sistem/excel
  • Input dan proses decanting sistem/excel
  • Proses peminjaman dan pembelian barang antar perusahaan
  • Input dan proses transfer item (TI) antar warehouse pada sistem/excel
  • Proses pemakaian internal (barang komersil) pada sistem/excel
  • Update dan email data stock non komersil
  • Input data rolling packaging pada sistem/excel
  • Mendata sample decanting
  • Melakukan stock opname & arsip data

Kualifikasi

  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal Diploma 3 (D3) & strata 1 (S1) segala jurusan
  • Menguasai microsoft office (menguasai formula pada excel lebih diutamakan)
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun pada bidang terkait
  • Lokasi kerja di Kota Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan

Accounting & Tax Supervisor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Membuat laporan keuangan (Balance Sheet, P/L Statement, Cash Flow)
  • Closing accounting period
  • Melakukan audit tahunan bersama eksternal auditor
  • Membuat laporan konsolidasi perusahaan

Kualifikasi

  • Pria/Wanita
  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi
  • Dapat menggunakan program accurate 4.0 dan Oracle NetSuite
  • Mengerti siklus akuntansi menyeluruh
  • Pengalaman minimal 4 tahun pada level staff atau 2 tahun pada level supervisor
  • Berpengalaman membuat laporan keuangan dan menghadapi auditor external
  • Menguasai Ms. Office (Excel & Powerpoint)

  • Specify appropriate products and specifications to be used for specific applications such as vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
  • Provide front line technical support to customer and sales force including problem solving, troubleshooting, and application advice.
  • Provide basic failure diagnosis for lubrication related failure (e.g bearing or gear) where lubricants quality or practices are in question.
  • Deliver appropriate lubricants training to stakeholder in customers, directed to help improving overall efficiency and to internal company/sales team.
  • Provide HSE, occupational health, safety and product disposal advice to customer, in line with local legislation requirements.
  • Using technical skills to consulting and demonstrate to potential customer, the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customer, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Generating and identifying cross sell opportunities.

  • Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or petroleum engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical industrial, technical sales, or related field.
  • Strong written and communication skills with experience in customer presentation.
  • Able to communicate with all functions and levels within customer.
  • Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Have driving license/SIM A.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Menentukan produk yang sesuai dan spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk kendaraan, mesin (hydraulicgear oil), dan peralatan
  • Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada customer dan sales, termasuk memberikan saran dan pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi oleh customer
  • Memberikan analisa dasar/awal terkait kegagalan lubrikasi saat kualitas produk dipertanyakan
  • Membuat dan memberikan lubricant training kepada stakeholder
  • Mengikuti regulasi HSE yang telah ditetapkan dan memberikan saran terkait penanganan produk bekas pakai kepada stakeholder sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku
  • Menggunakan kemampuan teknis untuk dapat melakukan penjualan, konsultasi dan menunjukkan potensial produk kepada customer
  • Mengembangkan hubungan jangka panjang dengan customer melalui pengelolaan kebutuhan dan memahami kebutuhan customer
  • Melakukan identifikasi terhadap peluang cross sell dan up sell dan meyakinkan customer bahwa produk yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan

Kualifikasi

  • Pria atau wanita
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan jurusan Teknik Perminyakan, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Kimia, atau Teknik Industri
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun pada bidang terkait
