Job Description
- Health Care Professionals recommendation of Nestlé’s Infant Nutrition Products when exclusive breastfeeding is not possible.
- Be the recognized Trusted Nutrition Solutions Provider by and with Health Care Professionals
- Develop long-term mutually beneficial professional relationships with Health Care Professionals Optimum territory coverage and management including prospection and insights gathering and sharing (i.e. competitive intelligence), through relevant tools/systems
- Creation, implementation and Execution of agreed territory action plan within the allocated resources
- Building strong & sustainable relationship with management of Health Profession Organization
- Building networking with management of Teaching Hospital
- Provide information relates to Medical and Scientific Activities initiated by third parties
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in detailed nutrition/pharmaceutical products
- Has managed territory independently under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals
- Has managed projects/tasks such as organizing activities with medical/paramedical health professionals on topics related to infant nutrition, products, Research & Development, etc.
- Experienced in identifying and working with new institutions, Health Care Professionals, and developing existing relationships
- Has exposed in a highly regulated health care environment
- Open to be relocated anywhere across Indonesia

Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager
Job Description
- Build Customer Trust
- Understanding and raise awareness of the Customer’s Supply Chain and its alignment to Nestlé’s Supply Chain
- In partnership with Sales and across Supply Chain, define and lead a common customer strategy
- Be the coordinator of multi-functional teams during execution of Idea to Launch (Concept Creation to final delivery)
- Drive success of On Shelf Availability and Online Availability, On Shelf Freshness and Distributor Stock Availability
- Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestlé and the Customer, in creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation
- Develop, in close cross functional collaboration, a Market Service Strategy that take into account the different types of customers and their needs, to provide them with the most adequate, cost effective services
- Ensure compliance with the defined Service Strategy by closely monitoring its correct application and correcting any deviation
Requirements
- A bachelor degree holder (S1) with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA from Industrial Engineering or Management major
- At least having 5 years experienced in Customer Service, Or Demand & Supply Planning, Or Distribution/ Materials Handling, and/ Or Sales and/ or Marketing
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Detailed, persistent and organized
- Independent player but able to work in a team
- Project management experience to implementation of major project/s or change programme/s
- Good Analytical, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Strong Customer Knowledge
- Strong in Leadership and service-oriented skills

- Ensure complete support and collaboration with area team inc: CAE, Frontliner and agency team. On time promo implementation as per guideline and monitoring the performance afterwards.

Job Description
- Line electrician is one of the engineering function to give a full support to mainly but not limited to Production Department to solve / trouble shoot the problem, maintain, and improve the operation of all electrical and automation related machineries, to ensuring the smooth running / operation of the factory.
- Working together with shift mechanical for the certain cases
- Reports directly to Automation and Electrician Area Engineer of Production Supervisor during the night shift.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at lease Diploma degree in Engineering (Electrcial / Electronic)
- At least 1 (one) year of working experience in related field / position (Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply)
- Adequate knowledge on PLC (how to read ladder diagram) and control system, good knowledge on instrumental and control signal standard.
